How do I apply loose mineral highlighter?

1. To ensure the highlighter blends perfectly into the skin, first apply one of the mineral foundations: Matte Mineral Foundation or Illuminating Mineral Foundation.
2. Sprinkle a small amount of highlighter over the lid. Apply with a brush in circular motions.
3. Shake the brush to remove excess product.
4. Apply highlighter to the top of cheekbones, brow arch, cupid's bow, décolletage and shoulders.
