Elderflower syrup is perfect for making delicious cocktails. It can be used as an addition to cakes, ice cream or tea. In summer, diluted with water, it is an effective thirst quencher. This syrup is made from the flowers growing on an elderberry plantation in Poland. 

Elderberry blossoms have many healing properties: they strengthen immunity, act as antiviral agents, dilute catarrh, have headache-relieving and expectorant properties. 

Pasteurised product, naturally cloudy.

The syrup has sediment. The syrup has pollen from elderberry flowers. 

Allergens: May contain traces of gluten, nuts, sesame, mustard and soya.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume within 21 days.
